About 15 years ago the president of our church came out with a set of "be-attitudes". At the time every memorized them and strived to do better by being the things he listed. A friend of mine wanted one made to remind her of her mom. Who would reference to these in their home. I like the big BE in the middle with all the things we all can work on surrounding it. I liked the simplicity of the white with black print. To match her home decor she painted her board blue and it looked great!

Family Home Evening Assignment Board
Right before Christmas a lady brought me a family home evening board she had bought while attending Time Out for Women. She wanted me to put vinyl names on all the tags. When I pulled hers out of the box I knew I could make the exact same thing. So I took down measurements and made one very similar to hers but obviously hers isn't personalized with her last name. I was originally going to sell these with my valentine crafts but realized the front door post was considered an expensive craft and I try to keep it to only one expensive craft. So I will push this one back till the st Patricks craft night. I really like it. And while f.h.e. has been one of those things we've never struggled with this does make it so much easier. I switch tags around just before we gather everyone together. My 6 year old tells and reminds everyone what they're doing when we start. My husband and I get two assignments since our family isn't big enough. :) I love it!

FHE Board Tags
A lady who's bought other crafts from me bought an FHE board at TOFW and wanted permanent names written on the name tags. They turned out super cute. I wrote down the measurements to the board and tags and plan to make/sell these next year.

PRINCESS
I made the Be-You-Tiful sign and since I wasn't hanging it, I figured I might as well use the back for something else. Scouring Pinterest led me to the perfect saying. It's something I hope she never forgets.

Temple Block
I needed a craft to do for the ladies at church. We had heard quite a few complaints about the seriousness of our extra meetings, and they wanted something fun and lighter. I had to get permission to use up a huge chunk of our budget but with dinner provided and a craft it was the highest attended activity I have seen thus far.
They are so incredibly simple. It's wood cut into 5x7 pieces, painted black with sanded edges. Printed pictures of the temple in 5x7 and then trimmed. Mod podge the pics on. We tied a thick ribbon around one side and a little white tulle. Perfect and very budget friendly. Especially when you want to make a lot.
Here's the website I got the pictures from- LilLuna- she is fabulous, she didn't have the Oakland temple picture with out words so I emailed her and within an hour she had responded with the correct pic. I loved it.
