Black Baby Gate

This is our 3rd baby gate we've made. Each time we've gotten better and quicker. I love them! This friend who ordered the black one doesn't have a baby, nor does she plan to have anymore  but she does have babies at her house quite frequently. It works perfect to keep her small dog and little ones from playing on the stairs. I really do love these gates!

Dino Shirt

My nephews 6th birthday is comin up. My sister asked me to make this shirt for him. He gets to be a dinosaur. I hope he loves it! He's more knowledgeable about dinosaurs than most adults. It'll be the perfect shirt for him on his birthday.

5k shirts

A friend of mine is running a 5k with her family at the end of May. This is apparently a big deal for her sister so they named themselves "Team Jess" to support her. She wanted shirts made for her group that's running. She gave me the quote and team name and said she wanted some other decal on it that represented running. I've run 3 half marathons and nothing makes me prouder than my 13.1 sticker on my vans back window. And she liked the 5k I added under the team name. Perfect!!

Iron on vinyl is a lot of fun to work with. I'm always so proud when I lift the iron up and see my vinyl cut outs attached to shirts.

Peter Pan Quote

I remember watching a movie called Neverland a few years ago, it has Johnny Depp in it. I remember hearing him quote this in reference to Peter Pan. I really liked the quote. A lady sent me a picture of this quote and I replicated it exactly. She's very happy with it. She has 4 boys so I imagine that this quote fits perfectly In Their home.

Spring/Summer Additions for Front Door Post

Usually I feel pretty decisive when it comes to crafts and what to select for my craft group. I was stumped for what to offer for the front door post. I thought of flowers and watermelon. Another friend suggested flip flops. Since I couldn't pick one I offered all three. I figure in summer I will swap the watermelon and flip flops half way trough or something. I love them all!!

Baby Gate

This was something a friend of mine asked if my husband could make. We actually had a lot of fun making them. With most crafts my hubs cuts the wood and I draw the shapes/lines on wood, sand and paint and assemble. But this was a two person job. It was fun cutting wood with him, sanding together to save time, and then I would hold the wood pieces in place while he screwed the pieces together. We hadn't ever actually worked on a project together, we usually did our things separate even though we "worked together" on crafts.

The gate turned out great, not perfect, but great. My friend ordered two gates- one for the top and one for the bottle of her stairs. The 2nd one was dang near close to perfection.

Now we have another friend who saw the gates painted and hung and wants to order one for her home. I love vinyl work- but this is a lot of fun. And breaks up the monotony from the craft stuff we have been doing for the last 3 years.

Home Blocks

When I decided to make these I had a plan to offer a heart for valentines day and a shamrock, an egg, star, spider- to make it a block set for any holiday and season. But i figure I already offer sooo many crafts like that. And it would be an extra block to keep up with. So this one I made for just the seasons. I have a perfect spot on my entertainment center for it. There's a small shelf that's too narrow to fit anything on. I love where it's located.

Home Sweet Home

I'm always looking for things to decorate around the house with. I also like that it's something I could set out front on my porch. It's a classic statement.

Grandpa Board

I needed something to offer for Fathers Day for my craft night. This is simple, and to the point. Which is how most dads are. :)

Grandma Board

This Moroccan pattern is really popular- I see people putting up as backsplash in their kitchen, I see it on clothes, bags. I really liked this quote but felt it needed to be dressed up. Just the phrase on the board seemed a bit boring. It's a great Mothers Day gift.

End of the Year Teacher Gift Variations

What teacher doesn't need patience?

What is so great about the "this classroom runs on love, laughter, and lots of Starbucks" sign is that it can be totally personalized. It doesn't have to say Starbucks, and it doesn't have to be the colors I used. I really do love when someone can see one of my projects and put a tweek on it to make it their own.
My sons preschool teacher doesn't drink coffee and she uses play money called star cash as a reward in her classroom. Using star cash instead of Starbucks worked out perfectly.
A teacher ordered a sign for her classroom and wanted it in blue instead of yellow to match the theme in her classroom.

End of the Year Teacher Gift

A friend of mine asked me if I could make her these signs as end of the year teacher gifts. I quoted her a price and she asked if she got a big enough order if they could get a group discount. And I lot that. It means I have a lot less scrap vinyl to deal with and it really does make it easier to do a bunch of the exact same boards. So I gave her $5 off each board when she told me she had 10 friends each wanting one. Which is fantastic! So I posted it on a local Facebook page and sold 9 more. I was headed to TX and texted my sister since she has a boy in kindergarten and she bought the 20th sign. I have really enjoyed making them. It's my first project using more than 2 colors of vinyl on one piece. They really do make a perfect end of the year teacher gift. I know I see my daughters teacher walking into school every morning with a cup of coffee.

Personalized Egg Family

This is second set I made for the personalized family sets. I'm in love with the pastel colors. After all the red/pink in feb and green for march I'm excited to have new color schemes in my home. I really like these eggs. And my husband prefers cutting these eggs over cutting the peeps. :)

Personalized Peep Family

I couldn't decide what set to make for Easter for my personalized family set so I made two. I have a feeling this peep set is going to be more popular between the two. These peeps are so stinkin adorable.

Easter Trio

I made a thanksgiving set last year that had an Indian, pilgrims, turkey, and a pumpkin. I found the perfect spot on my hutch for that set and I've been waiting for a time to make a new set to sit in that spot. So I'm excited to put these there. The little duck is adorable.

Happy Easter Board

I saw this on Pinterest and loved the colors. I am one who usually likes to fill up all the space on my board, it makes it easier to line up my vinyl- so I had to use a ruler to measure an inch around before I laid the vinyl down. I'm really happy with how it turned out!!

New Sign

I wanted to make a new sign to hang on my front door post. I really like the way this turned out. Using two different colored vinyls is still intimidating for me but I like the way this looked with the black and red vinyl.

Car decal

friend of mine and her husband are huge steelers fans. They both got brand new cars with in a month of each other and wanted decals for them. I made one for her husbands Chevy camero and one for her dodge journey. It's been about a year and a half and I still get random texts telling me how much she still loves it. I'm glad it's still holding up with the az heat.

BE board

About 15 years ago the president of our church came out with a set of "be-attitudes". At the time every memorized them and strived to do better by being the things he listed. A friend of mine wanted one made to remind her of her mom. Who would reference to these in their home. I like the big BE in the middle with all the things we all can work on surrounding it. I liked the simplicity of the white with black print. To match her home decor she painted her board blue and it looked great!

No Soliciting Tile

My sons preschool teacher needed a $10 gift for her Bunco group and the theme was home decor. She has a tile very similar to this sitting outside of her front door and said lots of people always comment on it. So! She gave me to tile. I cut out the vinyl and placed it. And viola! An expensive yet perfect Bunco gift.

Happy Birthday Frame

I pull this out everytime someone has a birthday. I put an updated photo of them on it and it sits on our table as a center piece. The kids love it!

Frames

I wanted to redo the area above my piano a couple of years ago and this is when Pinterest was brand new. I saw a lady who painted her frames, added scrapbook paper, and clips on the outside of the frame. She could change the scrapbook paper as her decor changed, and the pictures were easier to update. I love the idea of that! I found some frames, added the scrapbook paper and painted wooden clothes pins and hot glued them on. Unfortunately I haven't ever changed the paper or the pictures. :) but I will.

Dinosaur Decor for Boys room

My son loves dinosaurs. It came on all of the sudden and I hadn't even realized he liked dinosaurs. So I decided to redo his room and sought out all the Dino books and toys I could find. He was so happy! It was really easy to find cute printables and mod podge them to wood. I raided the $1 store for cheap frames and cut out dinosaurs and framed them. He's been so happy!

Excuse the Mess Sign

A friend of mine had found this on etsy and asked me to make her a couple. The ones she ordered were painted black with white vinyl. I liked it so much I made one for myself and put it in my craft room which 90% of the time is the messiest room.

Front Door Post and Welcome Sign

I was so happy with my front door post. I love the welcome sign that I made for it too. I took this picture before I added hooks to hang holiday shapes from incase people just wanted the welcome sign. Lots of people ordered it this way. and plenty ordered it with the hooks and shapes. I'm glad I offered it both ways!

Welcome Sign with Shamrocks

Naturally I had to add shamrocks to my welcome sign! I love having something outside to switch out the holiday themed decor.

Be My Valentine Stackers

This was another set of Valentine stackers I've made. I liked all the red, white and black on the same craft. The hearts were a cute touch!

Valentines Wreath

Oh man. I know I say a lot that I couldn't find wreaths online that I liked so I made up my own. This one was a pure accident I bought felt to cut into squares and was going to pin it on like the 4th of July flag wreath and I cut the strips an then was going to cut the squares and I wondered what it would look like with the felt strips tied around it. It was really cute! It needed a little something else so I added a heart to hang from the center.

4x4 Valentine blocks

These were my 4x4 Valentine blocks. I liked the red paint and vinyl broken up by the white and black scrapbook paper. A few people who ordered these said they've kept them up all year. It would match most people decor since red and black are popular colors to decorate with.

Valentine Heart Stands

This is what started it all. The original stands and hearts for valentines day. My mother in law and sister in law turned theirs in garland and it was really pretty!

XOXO Valentine Blocks

I was so happy to make a valentine craft using pink and brown. It broke up all the red and white. I have these sitting on a small shelf on my entertainment center, and they may or may not stay there all year long. :)

4x4 St. Patricks blocks

I made a set similar to this for valentines day and it was very popular so I made another one for St. Patricks. It was equally as popular. A cut up 4x4 was the perfect size and the scrapbook paper and vinyl we perfect touches.

St. Patricks stackers

This is the St. Patricks stackers I made. I liked mixing up the different colors and shades.

Valentine Stackers

This is a set of valentine stackers I made. Simple and easy. I liked being able to use several different colors on one craft.

Shamrock Stands

I made shamrocks for my stands for st. Patricks. The green was a little bland so I speckled them with white paint and yellow paint. It gave them the perfect texture.

St. Patricks Wreath

This St. Patricks wreath I came up with on my own. I originally was going to do just the white yearn with the green ribbon. But it needed something. So I added one of my shamrocks from my stands and it was exactly what it needed.

Hippity Hoppity Happy Easter

I saw a board almost identical to this on Pinterest and had to make it. Some people painted their yellow, others do a baby blue, or soft pink. I love the pastel colors of spring and Easter. The black vinyl made it easy for it to read no matter what color it was painted.

Bunny Family

I really liked my bunny family for the spring crafts. It was so fun to see people creativity. They got to choose their scrapbook paper, flowers, etc... They each had their own personality. I thought they were so fun!

Easter Stands

For my stands at Easter I made eggs. I didn't particularly care for them. I felt like other people decorated theirs better. :) but these are the ones I made and lots of people ordered them so they must've seen the potential in then.

Spring wreath

It was so hard for me to come up with a Easter/spring wreath. There wasn't much out there that I liked until I found one similar to this. It's simple and easy and beautiful.

Easter Subway Art

This is my Easter subway art that I added to the back of the st. Patricks subway art. They were very popular that year! I think everyone enjoyed having two crafts in one.

Grey/white Yarn Wreath

I needed a wreath that would be good for anytime of the year. To hang in place of all the other festive wreaths people ordered. I'm really like this wreath! People aren't really ordering wreaths anymore like they have in the past so I'm thinking the wreath phase may have come and went but I still love them!
